At the sale price the Pro-9D is reasonable. The 9,000 lb capacity and dual direct-drive cylinders deliver solid performance. The safety locks work reliably. However, the fit and finish could be better — rough powder-coat edges, one carriage rubber guard was loose, and the manual needs a rewrite. Functional once sorted out.

However, delivery took over four weeks and one column arrived with cosmetic damage from poor packaging. The lift works fine but the experience wasn't great.

The Pro-9D performs as described — good capacity, smooth hydraulics, reliable safety locks. But the installation manual is inadequate. We spent significantly more time than expected getting everything properly aligned. Had to call support twice. Once installed it works great but the process was frustrating.
The Pro-9D functions fine for our small shop. The 9,000 lb capacity handles daily vehicles and the open-floor design is nice. The hydraulic system leaked slightly at one fitting on delivery and the installation instructions were hard to follow. Customer support was helpful. Functional lift at a fair price.
